what we do
Bespoke Training to Support Your In-House Team
Every training engagement starts with assessing exactly what you’re looking to achieve. What do you want your team to take away from this session? Is it practical skills or training them to think broader?
Once we know what you want to achieve, we take the time to do a benchmark with your session attendees to understand what level they’re currently at and where the gaps in skillset are. This enables us to make the best recommendations for training on splitting into smaller groups, course materials and the format of the day.
Based on steps 1 and 2, we’ll then design a bespoke training plan for your needs. Taking onboard where your team are currently at and how they learn best, to ensure that you get the most out of your sessions.
Your trainer won’t just disappear after the session; they’re there for any immediate questions to help people absorb the course materials and for follow up questions for the weeks after. This allows your team time to process what they’ve learned, apply it to their role and then come back with any questions.

Learning broader digital skills across channels your team don’t currently specialise in will help them get a better understanding of how all their marketing efforts can work together.
If your main stakeholders or broader teams are lacking in digital knowledge, it can be difficult to get them to see your priorities and get the information/sign off you need. Training can be a great way to back up what you’ve been saying and help everyone within your organisation get on the same page.
Whilst you may have a highly skilled digital team, it can be difficult to stay on top of the latest changes and developments. A session to go through what’s new and how Google is changing can help keep your team at the top of their game.
