Canary Wharf Group is a leader in the build-to-rent sector and is the team behind the luxury rental experience, Vertus. They asked us to partner with their design agency to build a website that aligned with the ambitions of their business.
Once the website launched, the challenge was to make the site competitive when newly entering the competitive London property market without organic visibility or brand awareness.
We brought Vertus to a competitive organic level, making it visible in search results against key terms that would help catapult their business forwards and contribute to their company goals.
What we did
Working alongside their design agency, we built a website for Versus and started an SEO strategy to grow their online visibility in the London apartment rental property market.
Next we added new pages to the site along with other developments to increase the digital opportunity to rank for key apartment terms that would benefit the company’s business objectives.
Then we worked on maximising the user journey across the site, driving a higher number of qualified leads relating to the different buildings and their unique offering.
