The Challenge

Easylife has been one of the UK’s leading retailers for nearly 30 years. They approached us as they were looked to expand their digital presence to enhance their historically catalogue-focused business with an online presence that worked in harmony with their offline activities to drive revenue.

With a huge uplift in performance during peak Covid periods in 2020, Easylife were looking for an agency who could offer strategic support across multiple digital channels to maintain that momentum, whilst also understanding and working with offline capabilities to maximise customer conversions.

After a new site launch in Spring 2021, the challenge was to ensure it was meeting best practice recommendations and also to use paid social to boost the brand’s online presence and drive the sales of key products.

What we did

We began with a full technical audit to ensure the new website was best positioned following its launch, whilst also beginning to grow Easylife’s online presence using paid social media with a focus on seasonal hero products.

Next we introduced new sub-categories across the website to capture keyword opportunities and boost organic visibility. Meanwhile, we used our paid social media strategy to start introducing new products and carousel collections, testing new ad copy and target audiences.

The next step was to optimise existing categories as well as new sub-category pages across the website, whilst continuing to grow and diversify the product range advertised on paid social media.
