Easylife has been one of the UK’s leading retailers for nearly three decades. The brand approached us with the goal of expanding its digital presence and evolving its catalogue-led business model into a seamless online experience that complemented its offline operations and drove revenue growth.
After seeing a major increase in performance during the peak of the Covid period in 2020, Easylife wanted a digital partner that could provide strategic, multi-channel support to maintain that momentum. It was important to find the right balance between online and offline activity to maximise customer engagement and conversions.
Following the launch of their new website in spring 2021, our focus was twofold: ensuring the platform adhered to SEO and UX best practices, and using paid social campaigns to strengthen brand awareness while driving sales of high-priority products.
We started by conducting a full technical audit to ensure the new Easylife website was performing optimally post-launch. At the same time, we began expanding the brand’s online visibility through paid social campaigns, focusing on promoting seasonal hero products to drive engagement and sales.
Next, we implemented new sub-category pages across the website to capture untapped keyword opportunities and increase organic visibility. Alongside this, our paid social strategy evolved to introduce new product lines and carousel-style ads, allowing us to test fresh ad copy and refine audience targeting.
We then focused on optimising existing category pages as well as the newly introduced sub-categories, improving their structure and content for search performance. Meanwhile, we continued to expand and diversify the paid social product range, ensuring consistent growth across both organic and paid channels.
